1. Remove lower unit inspect and replace water pump parts as needed

2. Remove prop and hardware grease shaft, inspect hub on prop

3. Pressure test lower unit seals replace if needed ADD 1-2 hours

4. Clean OR replace lower unit trim unit zincs

5. Drain & change lower unit gear lube, replace drain gaskets

6. Grease all zinc fittings

7. Remove thermostats inspect working correctly clean OR replace - F225/F250 3.3L ADD 1 hour to clean or replace

8. Replace engine fuel filter and water separator filter OR inline filter

9. Change engine oil and oil filter

10. Replace spark plugs

11. Visually inspect internal head zincs replace ADD 1 hour if needed

12. Check battery CCA, maintenance, clean all terminals

13. Clean power head & spray Yamasheild protectant 

14. Inspect timing belt, check alarm function

15. Run motor & check over at shop

1. Remove lower unit

2. Replace water pump impeller (parts as needed)

3. Grease all lower unit and water pump bolts

4. Change and inspect gear lube

5. Pressure test all seals in lower

6. Clean OR replace lower unit zinc

7. Pull propeller and grease shaft

8. Reinstall and run motor at shop

*If we have to replace seals will be an extra 2 hours

Any size lower unit service $200 *plus parts*
